Installing an ENERGY STAR® certified Level 2 charger via a licensed electrician qualifies members for financial incentive credits, stacking with the 30% IRS Section 30C federal tax credit.

Central Electric Cooperative serves over 35,000 member-owners across Central Oregon. Unlike urban Pacific Power territories, CEC members receive power across rural Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, and Lake Counties.
Pricing, utility rebates (including Pacific Power $500 incentives), tax credits (IRS Section 30C), and permit fee schedules are variable and subject to change based on utility funding availability, municipal code updates, and property electrical panel configurations.
